That depends on a lot of factors such as the size and shape of your room, along with any treatments such as curtains over the windows. But if you are thinking of Dolby Atmos, actually I would go with 5.4.1. That means more amplification channels, but with the movies coming out now that support Atmos, you can get some great surround effects that really put you in the center.
